Shortcuts

This workshop is part of the Graphics Lab, a project aimed at picture retouching to improve the graphical content of the Wikimedia projects. More information about the lab can be found on its main page and requests pages (Illustrations ; Photographs ; Maps ; Video and Sound). To ask questions or make a suggestions, see the talk page of the graphic lab page.

This specific page is the requests page for the Photography Workshop. Anyone can make a request for a photograph to be improved. The standard format for making a request is shown below, along with general advice, and should be followed.

Volkov: recovering an image's overwrited version

@MrKeefeJohn: Recovering the file is easy enough (it was never technically gone), but do you know what the source of the original photograph is? @MrKeefeJohn and ReneeWrites: However it looks like the VRT permission ticket only verifies the image uploaded in 2008 and not the original 2005c image. Blurring billboard to avoid deletion

This photo has been nominated for deletion[1] due to the prominent, copyrighted billboard that is visible. We have very few images of this bridge on Commons and they all have billboards in them. Create PDF file combining several photos/files

Request
The author of this conference, Mr Aristides de Sousa Mendes, died in 1954, and by the Portuguese law, after 70 years of his dead, his written works enter in public domain. I intend create a Wikisource entry of this conference and think that should be convenient have a PDF of the all 21 files that are at that category.
